Postal delivery is only possible within Germany and Austria.
The item must be returned to the post office by 12 noon on the last day of hire.

Delivery from Style Your Venue

Your rental items will be delivered by us to the event location during the first rental day and collected again on the last rental day. Set-up and dismantling can be booked additionally. Costs for delivery.

Self-collector

You collect the items from our warehouse at the agreed time.

Self-collection from our warehouse in Rosengarten just outside Hamburg is possible by arrangement.

Yes, that is possible. Our rental period covers up to 4 days, i.e. usually Fri – Mon at 12 noon. If you want to receive the items earlier, you can simply specify a longer rental period in the shopping cart. We charge 30 % of the rental price per additional rental day. A credit note for unused rental days is excluded (e.g. if you only need the inventory for the wedding ceremony or the return collection takes place on Sunday).

We receive bookings 1 – 2 years in advance and the items are then firmly reserved for you. With luck, your desired item will also be available spontaneously. Please note that delivery only takes place when the invoice has been paid. For spontaneous bookings you can submit a proof of payment.

We guarantee delivery on the booked rental date on condition that full payment is received one week before the event.
